Home health providers are facing devastating payment cuts. The Medicare hospice benefit is receiving more attention from lawmakers than ever in the past. Medicaid HCBS rates continue to be woefully inadequate while CMS proposes new unworkable compensation requirements. Despite unprecedented demand for our services, care-in-the-home providers need more robust policy support to address these and other pressing issues facing our community.
